In 1989, he moved to Los Angeles with Brad and the two were working with a female vocalist before they met Shannon Hoon through a mutual friend. After Blind Melon's career ended Rogers
worked on Brad's solo record and also contributed to Joe Tullos' debut

In 1999, Extra Virgin released their debut record "12 Stories High" on their own "Old Lady Records." The band continue to play regular gigs mostly in and around New York and are working on their second album. |
